1. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with our products, you can return the item within 10 days of purchase for a full refund, credit or a product replacement.
2. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Reimbursements on shipping costs will apply only if the return is a result of our error.
3. After 10 days, the product can be returned, however, a 15% restocking fee will be applied.
4. Please make sure when returning that the package and the product(s) must be unopened & still sealed.
5. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning the item(s).
6. The package needs to include the receipt or proof of purchase along with a note with your name and phone number and the reason for the return.
7. Aarbee Natural Wellness will refund only if returned items are undamaged.
